I am a Technical Lead (Web Developer & Technical
Advisor) working for a multi-national "Business Process Outsourcing"
company in Sydney, Australia (and sometimes in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia).
Along with Suki, (in the below picture) I mainly design and build Call
Tracking, TeleMarketing/TeleSales, Warehousing and PABX costing and Support web information systems.
I started programming computers back in 1984 with a Commodore 64
(using BASIC on a huge 30+KB RAM). In 1990 I became a computer technician for
Osborne Computers, while programming in Borland Pascal in my spare time. After
doing Level 3 support for Gateway, and dabbling in Delphi, I moved in to
web development (VB/ASP.NET) over 7 years ago.
